Trimble BIM放线机器人应用

作为陕建五建集团的独立子公司,陕西秦地数码测绘有限公司经过三十余年的发展,已成为陕西省测量领域一支劲旅。依托企业发展,秦地数码公司引进了最为先进的BIM放线机器人,成为西北首家把BIM模型和施工测量相结合的单位,为今后在复杂结构、超高层施工测量积累丰富的经验。
该公司引进的Trimble BIM放线机器人,已正式在咸阳奥体中心项目投入使用,它解决了施工中空间异形结构放样等一系列问题,真正实现了BIM模型结合施工测量指导施工。
针对本工程特点,将准确的BIM模型数据导入Trimble BIM放线机器人中,直接在模型中进行三维数据的可视化放样,设站完毕后,仪器自动跟踪棱镜,无需人工照准对焦,快速高效的完成放样作业,最终输出多种形式的测量报告,实时协同工作,实现了设计模型与现场施工无缝连接。采用BIM放线机器人放线,不仅提高了放线效率,减少了人工操作误差,还提高了测量精度,减少返工,缩短工期,保证了施工质量。
近年来,秦地数码先后承接了法门寺文化景区工程的控制测量与合十舍利塔的变形监测工作,机场T3航站楼的控制测量工作,西安市地铁一号线五路口站的测量与监测工作。并先后承接了陕西信息大厦工程、陕西历史博物馆综合楼工程、西安高新锦业公寓工程、西安高新软件公寓工程、金石.柏朗工程、高新一中教学楼工程、高新六小教学楼工程、电影圈子、金花新都汇及浐灞新都汇等工程的基坑监测及沉降观测工作。观测成果得到建设单位及省测绘地理信息局质监站的认可和好评。
