近日,中建三局二公司安装公司《天津周大福金融中心项目机电BIM应用》在“安装之星”全国BIM应用大赛中喜获一等奖。

天津周大福金融中心项目位于天津滨海新区,工程高530米,地上100层,汇集商业、办公、公寓、酒店各功能区于一身,为世界在建第9高楼。其机电系统众多、管线排布复杂、安装空间紧张。

为提高施工精度与效率,中建三局二公司安装公司天津周大福金融中心机电项目秉承信息化、现代化建造理念,从深化设计到现场施工管理全面研发并应用BIM技术,充分体现了BIM在超高层建筑领域的实力。

 

BIM建模--模拟施工及时发现问题

天津周大福金融中心机电项目对中央制冷机房、核心锅炉房、设备层机房及管井立管、楼层内水平管线等进行模型搭建,在BIM模型中将本专业管线路由进行“模拟”并适时优化,规避与其他专业管线碰撞引起的返工问题。

套管预留预埋--一次成活不整改

天津周大福金融中心机电项目实行“一墙一图”,在BIM模型上精准定位预留洞位置,实现在机电管线施工之前对套管进行预留预埋,再在套管周围进行墙体和结构砌筑,一次成活,有效避免了后期开洞等整改工作。

工厂化预制--环保又节约

天津周大福金融中心机电项目对所需管道进行BIM建模,确定管材、管件规格和尺寸,精准下料,直接在预制工厂进行加工组装,再运输至施工现场进行“装配化施工”,避免了因下料不准造成的浪费,减少了施工现场焊接量,降低对环境的破坏。

机器人放线--定位准又快

天津周大福金融中心机电项目将高精度BIM模型导入天宝RTS771全站仪放线机器人,全自动在施工现场对管道支架点位进行定位,相比传统放线施工,大大提高了管线安装效率,减少人工的投入量。

BIM模型--施工进度管理更科学

天津周大福金融中心机电项目分别对计划完成施工量和实际完成施工量在BIM模型中标注,通过对比体现施工进度,直观展示现场下一步的施工区域安排,让交底和施工计划更清晰,确保进度管理更科学。
